Do you need my password?
No — never. You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile inside Google's own sharing settings, and you can revoke that access in one click. We never ask for, receive, or store passwords for Google, your POS, your website, or anything else.
Will this get me ranked first, or recommended by AI?
We can't promise that. Be wary of anyone who does. We make your approved facts complete and consistent, set up a process for requesting reviews, and show you — word for word — what Google and AI assistants currently say. How they use those facts is their decision.
Do you get me more reviews? How?
We install an honest system: cards on tables and at the till with a QR code, and a short script so staff ask everyone the same way. No rewards, no discounts for reviews, no asking only happy guests, no filtering. Those practices break Google policy and FTC rules, and we won't do them for anyone. Guests decide for themselves whether to write one.
Who writes the replies to reviews?
We do, using templates in your voice that you approve in advance. A negative or unusual review is never answered on autopilot — we draft it and wait for your wording before posting.
Can you certify which dishes are safe for allergies?
No. Be wary of any service that offers to. We format allergen and ingredient information exactly as you supply and approve it. We do not certify, verify, or guarantee allergen, ingredient, or cross-contact information. As the operator serving the food, you are responsible for its accuracy.
Do you write health or diet descriptions — "healthy," low-calorie, diet-friendly?
No. We don't write health, diet, or nutrition claims, and we don't calculate calories or nutrition values. If your menu carries information you have sourced yourself, we format it exactly as supplied and approved by you.
Where do the facts and photos come from?
From you. We invent nothing — no dishes, no "popular" items, no hours, no amenities. If a fact isn't on your approved source-of-truth sheet, it doesn't get published. Photos are yours too. If your profile is short of photos, we give you a short list of the ones to take on a phone.
What if Google has suspended my profile, or my name has extra keywords in it?
We work policy-clean only: no keyword-stuffed names, no workarounds. If your profile was suspended for a pre-existing problem, we document what we find and give you the reinstatement checklist so you can appeal as the owner.
How fast is it, really?
Discovery Check: 3 business days. Sprint: 10 business days from complete intake and manager access. Desk menu sync: 2 business days (1 on Desk Plus). Dates are confirmed in writing before work starts.
What kinds of places do you work with?
Independent restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and food trucks with steady trade — places guests choose by searching, mapping, asking an assistant, and reading reviews. If your profile is mandated by a franchisor, you need your franchisor's team, not us.
